Troy made the all of the passengers in the plane laugh when he yelled out in excitement for about 2 minutes at take-off. "Woooo!! Haha, wooooo!" It was adorable. Liam did really well and didn't have continuous crying throughout the flight! We were very blessed. Ben and Troy fought over the window cover :)
We got in pretty late on Friday, but the first thing we did on Saturday was go to the D.C. "mall." We had to take a picture of the ultimate game going on. That's for you Devin.
We hit up the Museum of Natural History and the Space Museum (part of the Smithsonian.)
We saw "The Hubble" movie and it was the most spiritual thing on this trip. I started to understand Moses, "Now, for this cause I know that man is nothing, which thing I never had supposed." Moses 1:10
I am so grateful for the knowledge of God. Infinite space can cause fear, but fear is taken away when you know that God is watching over everything.
Troy LOVED all of the planes. This boy got spoiled this trip. He got to ride a plane, the metro (his favorite thing everyday, "I wanna go on train"), and the bus.
Mr. Liam was constantly trying to escape. He is Mr. Independent. Not the best time to take a child on a trip, but he sure enjoyed trying to leave us all of the time :) We still loved having him there of course. He was so happy and sweet. They both got used to their strollers and Ben and I learned quickly that we would need to come home for nap time each day.
I had to take a picture of this exhibit. Shout out to my Grandpa Farnsworth. We are so grateful for his service. I grew a much greater appreciation for all who fight on behalf of freedom!
