Last Week of School/First Week of Summer

School's out for the summer! Lunchtime definitely feels like an assembly line. There is something very satisfying about seeing your kids eating and getting full. 

Birthday party for Sylvi! We had a blast! Katelyn got to enjoy princess everything. Even her tiara. 

On Saturday, we decided to try out Discovery Green Park. We did not know they had a giant splash pad of fountains. So, the kids ran around in their clothes. They kept resisting and saying, "We don't have our swimsuits! We will get all wet!" Haha. But once they started, the smiles got huge quickly. 

Liam wasn't about to pause for a picture. He was eating his snow cone slushy! Perfect family day.

Troy has become such a big helper to me. I ask him to help Katelyn when she refuses to hold my hand. 

He wrote a thank you note to his teacher. He spent quite a while on the flowers. I love, love, love all of the things Troy likes to do and can do. I'm enjoying age 6. 

End of May

Sprinkler ball. Our hose doesn't reach our back yard, and the connection in our backyard is bent or something. So, driveway it is! It invites the neighbors to come play. Haha. 

She was looking at herself in this picture and wasn't quite sure how to respond. 

Sometimes, Ben and I get ambitious and go to the store with all three kids. I love watching Ben be a dad. 

Liam is just starting to read a little. He loves to read to Katelyn, like Troy reads to him. She kind of pays attention. 

Our sidewalk is kind of a trail around our neighborhood. We never have to cross the street and it takes about 20 minutes to go all the way around. The perfect path for a walk.

I try and go running with my jogging stroller every other day. Sometimes the kids like to get out and run with me for a minute. Especially Liam. But the bridge is always a fun stop. 

We have 1 o'clock church. (meh) So, we get creative with our Sunday mornings. We realized we have a lot of train tracks this past Sunday. It was so nice to have them actually play with the same thing for a long time. That doesn't happen often with Liam. And if you ever wonder if your kids are the worst in church... just come sit with us. We practice every family night, and yet, Liam and Katelyn have the ability to sit for about 1 minute. We can only take them out so much because I lead the music and so Ben has to be in there to be with the kids. If someone tries to help us, Liam or Katelyn scream. Pray for us when this fourth comes. It is seriously the only thing we dread about having a 4th. Hopefully the time change after the baby comes will help!! I'll just keep enjoying this picture. So peaceful. 

Troy's Kindergarten Program

Kindergarten Program for Troy! June 4, 2015. 

Good luck finding him. Haha. I could not get a good picture. He is in the middle on the 2nd row with a very shiny face. But he got into those songs! It was so much fun seeing him get into it. 

We loved his teacher! 

Had to get a pic of these two. Michael and Troy. Troy (and I) were so grateful that they were in the same class this year. It helped Troy a lot. I can not believe how much confidence Troy has gained in a year. Bring on 1st grade!

He got to bring home all of his art projects from the year. 

Apparently, I'm the only one who didn't know about Kindergarten "graduation" being extremely celebratory. I didn't have flowers and balloons! So, we went and got some cereal. Total win in his book.
