Troy is 11 Months!

Yesterday my big boy turned 11 months. He is skinny, tall, and has an unusually large head :) It makes getting clothes over his head much more difficult. We are trying to solve the skinniness by feeding him more and he does eat a lot, but his arms are still just teency weency while his cheeks puff out. Can't beat genetics I guess.

Troy can officially stand on his own, but is a little scared to do so. He only does it when he doesn't realize that he is doing it. Ha. He is constantly making sounds with his lips. Either a "bop bop" or vibrating them. He is starting to understand that I respond to mamamamama. He LOVES little kids. Especially when they try and make him laugh. He is starting to realize that we do leave him sometimes and that makes it a little more tough for the babysitter. He loves to stand against our legs and just hang out.

He is putting things in his mouth less and less, unless it is really intriguing. You will always win him over if you are wearing jewelry. He tries to turn the computer off a few times every day. The power button is a shiny blue light that we try and keep him away from, so naturally that is his favorite thing. He is slowly switching over to a sippy cup. He could play in the tub for a couple hours I think. The most I have allowed is about 45 mintues though. His top two teeth are visible now, but they havn't dropped yet. He takes his multivitamins like a champ but still hates getting dressed with a passion.

We often find him playing in his crib instead of sleeping. He is pretty good at entertaining himself unless you interrupt his focus and then all he wants is you. Which I purposefully do sometimes :) He is waking up now, so I am going to get my 11 month old!
