Troy at 10 months

Troy is really 10 1/2 months, but here is his update:

• He LOVES when Daddy comes home. He suddently HAS to be held when he gets home. He likes to grab Ben's face and squeeze really hard. Ouch.
• Sometimes we will gasp, "Oh no" or "Don't" when he is about to grab something we don't want him to and he wills tart to cry because he is either scared or things he did something wrong. So innocent.
• I accidentally cut his hair too short a week and a half ago. It was a buzz.
• He can eat most anything that we eat, as long as we cut it up small enough. He likes pretty much anything. Ben likes to test this out. Recently he has tried pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers, and different kinds of meat. He likes them all.
• He likes to drink from a cup at meals, but also tends to spill on himself.
• Troy does this new thing where he makes crazy faces. He will such his lower lip and blow his cheeks out. He also likes to make his eyes as big as possible, make is face go red, and grunt.
• You can always entertain him with your mouth. Just opening it is enough.
• He plays by himself sometimes (but needs someone very nearby) and likes when other kids are around.
• He still sleeps through the night, which he has done for a while. Last night was different, but he had a stuffy nose. Poor guy.
• He pulls everything out of the cabinets. He does one of two things with the items that he finds, 1. Stare at it intensely and examine every detail or 2. Pick it up and throw it down without even looking at it. Ha.
• His top two teeth are coming in.
• He walks along everything and can stand for a couple of seconds, but no steps yet.
• He is constantly crawling up the stairs or crawling on our legs to hold himself up.
• Troy loves measuring cups and pulls out little plastic parts from our fridge that I didn't even know existed.
• He panics a little when we set him down in someone else's home, but usually gets distracted pretty quickly.
• He is a little angel most of the time and we can't get enough of him! We love him SO much!!
