1. Ben hiked Mount Timpanogos with the Priests. He planned the activity himself and got 7 boys to wake up at 5 and come with him. The other leaders canceled at the last minute, so he went solo with the boys and loved it.
They had to use flashlights for the first hour.
2. We celebrated Mom Allsop's 50th birthday this past weekend. We surprised her by secretly having her sisters meet us in Salt Lake to celebrate at P. F. Changs on Saturday. Then on Monday we took her out to Malawi's and had fondue and presents back at the house. Ben, Brittany and Brayden decorated the house at 4 in the morning so that she would wake up to a beautiful and crazy decorated 50th birthday. It all went so well. We love you mom! Pictures to come.3.Conference was so wonderful! I am so grateful for the availability of General Conference. I am grateful that I get to read those talks again to study and apply them better.

4. My mom spent the day with us all day today. She went to tumbling tots with us. Tended the boys while I went to the dentist. Helped me move all of our furniture back (we got our carpets cleaned yesterday.) And helped me make dinner. I really like having her around. ;) Plus the boys just love her! I took some random pictures of the boys this morning. I just love 'em! 
Troy actually gives an on demand smile when I say "cheese!" He looks older when he does it. More like Ben.
