It rained pretty much the whole week and was cold. So, we did a lot of playing at home. It was really nice actually. I finished staining our upstairs cabinets while Troy kept Liam busy. Katelyn hangs out with me usually. She got stain on her once and started whining, "Pait?! pait?!" She has such a cute voice. Once I got it off, she was fine.
We got the lego movie in honor of Troy's new obsession with legos and the fact that we were going to have a lego birthday party on Friday that week. It really is a funny movie.
We went to lunch with daddy and got Chick-fil-a, of course. Big splurge from our usual dollar menu. The kids love playing in the play place. It was pretty crowded, and it ended with Liam biting someone. First time for him, and we had a long talk about that one. I was mortified and so embarrassed. To be fair, the kid was much older and shoved him, but Liam caused blood... so, it was bad. We went to another play place this morning and the first thing he said was, "Mom, I won't bite okay? Cause my teeth are sharp!" I hope that sticks. One more thing to be on the empathy side of parenting, rather than the judging.
We sure love each other and can't wait for summer. These kids love to play and fight and play. I think that's the definition of a sibling.

Awe this makes me think of last years spring break..remember that?? I get nostalgic just thinking of it. I remember the weather being so perfect and wonderful! Then coming home to Utah was such a drag because it was so much colder! Now the weather here is like the Texas weather as last year! So odd. Funny how last spring break we saw The Lego Movie together in that dinner theater and this spring break you bought it for Troy! Ah good memories. I'm excited for you to make more memories in a couple weeks with Mom, Devin Sarah and Tim! =D Love you! xoxo
