So Ben and I won a drawing from RC Willey to sit in the "Best Seats in the House" at the BYU Game vs. San Diego. Ben was beyond excited, as you can imagine. Plus BYU won, which is rare this season. It was by far the most fun Ben and I have had at a game. I have pictures on my phone but it won't let me send them to my e-mail for some reason. But when I figure it out, I'll put them on.
We were on the 50 yard line in leather recliners in front of the first row. We were so close we could hear the coaches calls and speeches to the players. By fourth quarter we could smell their sweat... which I did not appreciate. We could actually see where the quarterback was going to throw it before he did because we could see his eyes. It honestly feels like you are watching a different game when you are that close. It was awesome. Ben loved getting a ton of texts after they showed us on the big screen. They couldn't have given these tickets to bigger fans, it was such a blast.
What the Lucky! That would be SO amazing! Once in a lifetime! How cool!

ReplyDeleteReed's Jealous!! Hec, I'm jealous! I really do miss going to Football games and feeling and smelling fall. Soon enough it will come. Today was another one of those 89 degrees days and I'm so ready to put some pants on and not sweat!!! I love reading your blog. It makes you seem a lot closer. Sometimes reading your blog you feel like you are in my family room with me. Wishful thinking! Only a few more weeks and we'll be together! I bet your little boy belly is cute as ever.
