Happenings in April/May 2015

Troy had field day at his school. He went around with his 5th grade buddy (Destiny, our neighbor, who is wonderful) and played a bunch of games. He did the best at the basketball shooting.

We had Ben's work party, a crawfish bowl at his boss's house. It was THE perfect kid area. Bubbles, lots of juice, bounce house, a playground, popsicles, yummy food, and other stuff I'm probably forgetting. Ben's boss has two young kids and they knew how to make it fun!

Liam even took apart a crawfish all by himself and ate it. I wouldn't touch it, (I've tried it, but it's just wrong to me) so, Ben's sweet coworker showed him how.

I think the bouncy house was the biggest hit.

We've been playing in lots of costumes lately. Troy is wearing his halloween costume from *cough cough* 2 years ago. His poor bum.

I hosted preschool for the last time this school year. We made waterfalls.

Katelyn thought it was fun to blow the paper to get it to wave.

I will say that this group had some very fun and sweet moments.

As well as LOTS of crazy ones. Haha. The life of a 3 - 4 year old. But really, I'm going to miss this little group. Liam loves going to preschool each week.

Katelyn cut her head open on a bench at the park. It scared me, but luckily someone had a first aid kit nearby. The blood that poured out was pretty scary, but after three stitches at urgent care, and a sucker, she was good.

Troy and Liam both gave their first talks in primary. Troy read his all by himself. It was about prophets. He did such a good job, and we were so proud. I have a picture on Ben's phone. Ben helped him with it.

Liam gave a talk on obedience. I'm guessing that was not by chance. He's a working progress, but getting better at sitting still in primary. He was very excited to give his talk and repeated everything I said very loud and clear. I can't believe my two boys are in primary together!
