Thanksgiving 2016

 We were lucky enough to have Dad, Bev, Ryan, Nicole and Brittany out for Thanksgiving! The kids get so excited to see everyone. We spent lots of time talking, eating, and shopping. The kids get excited to show them their toys, things they do at school, play their piano songs. Grandma and Grandpa were great at choosing their gifts and the kids immediately ripped them open to play with them. A truck with a boat and some other vehicles. They would lay them outside their door every night so that they could play with them as soon as they woke up.

 We had to go to Discovery Green. It's one of our favorite spots. I love how this picture turned out.

So, I have never made a turkey. And Bev has a lot of experience. I was so grateful that she volunteered to do the turkey. She showed me how to do it all and it tasted really good. We had everything a traditional Thanksgiving meal has.

Brittany and Ryan were always willing to play a game with the kiddos. Monopoly became their favorite for a few months. The rules were played a little differently...

 Can't wait till our next adventure with this amazing family!
